Recently, there has been an interesting shift in the housing market on the Peninsula. Sellers have lost the choke hold they had on the market and a balance is being restored. Still, San Mateo County and the Bay Area in general is a complex housing market.
While it’s important to be a cautious participant in the market, there is no reason to postpone your sale or purchase. You can still confidently engage in transactions if you do your homework. I hope that my entries and links will help you educate yourself in the real estate process.
