Park Bayshore Townhomes

Have you seen the signs for the new Park Bayshore Townhomes? We had and admittedly, we were curios. So, the LivingWellinSanMateo team went down to check them out. And we have to admit, we liked what we saw.

With garages, shaker wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops, these new San Mateo townhomes are beautiful inside. The official Park Bayshore townhomes website also touts private storage, washer/dryer hookups and private outdoor patios

So, what’s the price look like? Our brochure quoted the following:     

   
• 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath – approx. 1230 sqft. – $559,000 to $585,000
• 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath – approx. 1775 sqft. – $680,000 to $710,000
• Association fee $235/month

The down side is that these residences are very close to the freeway, but if you’re in the market for a San Mateo townhome, we recommend you check these out… You can also preview them at our flickr gallery.
