Chela’s Pumpkin Bars

Beat Together
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can pumpkin (2 cups)
Add
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon

Bake at 350* for 30 mins. in a cookie sheet with one-inch sides. When cool frost.
Frosting
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. milk
3/4 c. butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
nuts
