Where is Hallmark?

Hallmark is located at the top of the hill on Ralston Ave and is one of the better neighborhoods in Belmont. The main street entering the neighborhood is Hallmark Drive.

Hallmark is situated near the 280 corridor and is surrounded by open space. However, even though the freeway is just over the hilltop, there is minimal freeway noise.

What are Hallmark’s Amenities?

The Hallmark neighborhood in Belmont has a lot to offer its residents. First of all, the lot sizes are large and the San Francisco views from the homes at the top of the hill are spectacular. Because of the barrier located between Hallmark Drive and Crestview Drive, it is not a thoroughfare and traffic is kept to a minimum.

Commuting from Hallmark is also convenient. With a two minute drive to Highway 92 and Highway 280 and only two stop lights to cross, you won’t sit in traffic all morning.

Hallmark is also a great neighborhood for people who like the outdoors. It is home to Hallmark Park which includes a running trail, tennis court and playground. Hallmark Park is where the annual Turkey Trot is held on Thanksgiving and also various other cross country events throughout the year. For anyone who wants a great workout outside, Hallmark Park is the place to go. If the trail isn’t workout enough for you, head out of the Park and over to Crestview Drive. You can run or bike all the way to Edgewood Road. Unless you are a robot, this will definitely tire you out.

Fox Elementary School and Ralston Middle School, both ranked 9/10 on GreatSchools.net are within walking distance from Hallmark. Fox School is located right in Hallmark on St. James and Ralston Middle School is a few blocks West on Ralston Ave. Once the kids complete Ralston, they will go to Carlmont High School, which is ranked 8/10 on Great Schools, one of the superior high schools in this area.
