This was our first time buying a home, so we didn’t know what to expect. RayChel started with a 1.5 hr consultation where we learned about each other. It was this consultation where My husband and I decided to work with RayChel. Our first impressions were, they are knowledgeable, trustworthy and caring. We liked that they took the time to get to know us. This was very important.

Throughout, Raymond helped educate us on the process and next steps. As we viewed each house, we talked about it as investment and the potential for resale.

Rebecca and or Chela previewed each and every house before showing us. If they saw something they thought we wouldn’t like they would ask us and we would politely decline viewing the house for ourselves. This saved us a lot of time and we appreciated it.

We used their website and email to communicate the houses we wanted to see. Using the website as a tool was great because it gave us min by min updates, however it could be a little more intuitive.

Generally, someone from RayChel would pick us up and take us to each house. My husband and I liked this part of the process, because it gave us more time to communicate and get to know each other.

We ended up buying a house in San Mateo and we couldn’t have done it without RayChel. Their diligence, follow through and level of service was impeccable. We will continue using them for future purchases and will recommend them to our friends!
